Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During collection launches, sales, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. LoneWolf Socialite is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, LoneWolf Socialite is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
