At LoneWolf Socialite, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unused

In its original condition

With all original tags attached

In its original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
To begin a return, please email contact@lonewolfsocialite.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at contact@lonewolfsocialite.com so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Personalized or custom-made products

Beauty or personal care products

Swimwear that has been worn, washed, or has had its hygiene liner removed

Any item showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, smoke, or damage after delivery
If you have questions about whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your eligible item and place a new order after your return has been approved.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Returned items must still be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@lonewolfsocialite.com.
